50 g grinded almonds
165 g cold butter or margerine
250 g all purpose flour
110 g sugar
½ egg
vanilla from ½-1 vanilla pod
Mix butter with flour using hands or foodprocessor until it looks like breadcrumbs.
Add sugar, egg, vanilla and grinded almonds. Mix quickly until the dough is smooth.
Let it cool in fridge for about an hour.
Shape into wreaths using star pattern plate in a meat grinder.
Bake for 7-10 min. at 200°C/ 392°F in preheated oven.
